Quite staying in a romance place

Good location, quite place, nice hotel design

We staied 3 nights at the end of our tour around Tahiland. We got the needed rest, richarging the battery. Quite, clean, next to the beach, no needs to looking for anything and in low season, as we were, you can avoid to pay attention on prices for everything, although the islands remain a different country in compare of the rest of the Thailand in terms of life cost.

Second Visit and fell in love all over again

The bungalow was literally 10 steps from the beach, the amazing staff and lovely location

I absolutely love Yai beach, it was my second visit, although previously I was in a different hotel (only 2 mins away) but I fell in love with the location all over again. It was quiet and beautiful and the sea was lovely! Our room was spacious and the most comfortable bed we've stayed in! We loved sitting on our little deck chairs on the bungalows porch watching the rain (holiday was in rainy season but still enough sunshine for us) The staff were attentive and friendly! They remembered drinks orders and conversations from previous nights and always made an effort to say hello! The only downsides were: the room was a little dark, even in the day, a little more lighting would've been helpful. There was only one plug point, which made charging our tablets difficult with bulky adapters only being able to use one plug at a time The beach itself is far from the pier, not a problem because you wouldn't have the same peace and quiet if it was easily accessible, but be aware the journey to the beach is a bumpy one! Overall I love this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

My hut was fine, close to the beach, with a functioning fan and airco.

Only one english speaking staff. Only one change of sheets in 10 days. Cleaning was extremely poor, I could see they only swept some sand from my bed. Toilet, washbasin and shower were not cleaned. Restaurant: kitchen is poor. They don't understand our orders, they forget stuff, food doesn't come at the same time for the whole group, food is overcooked, barbequed fish was overcooked on two nights. Putrid smell after rainfall in restaurant.

Perfect Location for relaxed holidays on a quiet beach. Helpfull friendly staff, very nice ambience at the dinner. Sunbeds should be equipped with cushions.
